CORE STRENGTH – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Building core strength will happen naturally and gradually throughout your yoga journey. Core strength is the
crux of strong poses, good posture and better balance and stability – all crucial elements of yoga. Our collection of
core strength props can help to gently speed up the muscle building process, making those difficult to achieve
poses much easier.
Some of our weights and props can be used during your practice (such as ankle weights) while others can be used
in separate workouts alongside your yoga practice. You may also consider some joint supports if you are finding
particular parts of the body are struggling during your practice. Dig deep and build a strong body that carries you
easily through your yoga flow – we will be here with everything you need.
